Ladyfinger Sabji

25-30 ladyfingers
50 mg vegetable oil
raw fennel
4 green chilis
35 g coriander powder
coriander leaves
15 g salt
10 g haldi powder


Fire a vessel on medium heat, add vegetable oil and heat for a minute.

Add fennel and wait until the fennel becomes brown. Then add ladyfinger pieces and green chili.

Stir for 15 minutes, then add salt, coriander powder and leaves, haldi powder, and salt.

Stir for another 10 minutes.
