Iron-Boost Smoothie

Ingredients:

3 cup drinking water
2 large stalk bok choy
1 orange
2 tablespoon chia seeds
1 frozen banana
Ice, as needed
1/2 cup frozen strawberries (optional)
1 teaspoon camu camu powder (optional)

Instructions:

Wash and prep all produce. Be sure to chop the bok choy into small pieces.

Place all ingredients into the blender except for the chia seeds, which you add while the blender is on to keep the seeds from clumping or sticking to the sides of the container.

Number Servings: 1-2

Time to prepare: 5 min
