Instant Enchiladas w/ StarLite Cuisine

Ingredients
1 package (8) StarLite Cuisine TaquitosSauce:
½ cup tomatillo, chopped
1 large garlic clove, chopped
½ onion, chopped
2 cup water
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
vegan cheese
salt to taste
1 small jalapeno chili (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a blender or food processor, mix sauce ingredients to a course puree.
Heat oil in a saucepan. Add sauce puree, stir, bring to a boil.
Line baking dish with Taquitos.
Pour hot sauce over Taquitos and top with vegan cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or bubbly.
