Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 small piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
4 celery sticks, sliced
1 cucumber
1 large apple, Granny Smith
1 lemon, juice
1 lime, juice
1 cup spinach
1 small handful parsley
filtered water to blend
Instructions:
Wash and prepare all fresh produce ingredients.
Place everything in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Best when drink within the hour.
Number Servings: 2
Time to prepare: 5 mins
