Black Bean Sliders

Ingredients:

1 can black beans
adobo sauce
1/2 cup quick oats
2 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoon water

Instructions:

Mix chia seeds and 2 tablespoons of water, and let gel.

Mix other ingredients together.

Combine everything, and mash to get burger consistency.

Chill for at least 1 hour.

Form into sliders, and serve with sauce.

Number Servings: 2

Time to prepare: 10 min + chill time
