1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
1 stalk of fresh rosemary chopped

InstructionsPreheat oven to 350 F degrees (180 C degrees).
Bring millet and water to the boil in a pot, then simmer on low for approximately 30 minutes.
In a frying pan, heat oil, sprinkle in mustard seeds, add onion and garlic and saute for a few minutes.
Add carrots and potato to the pan and mix to soften.
Sprinkle in the cumin, coriander and rosemary.
In a large mixing bowl combine the millet and the ingredients from the frying pan along with the salt and pepper.

Add the flour and fold gently.
With your hand make large balls out of the mix, and then flatten to burger patties.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the burger patties on it
Cook for 30 minutes turning the burgers half way through.
