Ingredients6 okra, sliced
2 zucchini (courgettes), sliced lengthwise
1 red bell pepper (capsicum), thinly sliced
½ cup flaxseed (flaxseed)
InstructionsStir-fry okra, zucchini, and bell pepper (capsicum) in wok with a splash of olive oil and tamari sauce. Stir-fry until cooked.
Serve as a main or side dish.
