Ingredients1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup hazelnuts
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup vegan chicken stock
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon miso paste
tops of 4-5 carrots
InstructionsToast nuts to release flavor.
Combine all ingredients in food processor, and process until well-combined.
Add additional stock to make a finer pesto.
