Ingredients1 tablespoon vegan butter
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
3 gloves garlic, minced
1 can artichoke hearts in water, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon of salt
pinch of ground pepper
1 cup unsweetened soymilk
1/4 cup fresh sweet basil, chopped
InstructionsSaute the garlic in vegan butter and olive oil on medium-low heat.
Add finely chopped artichoke hearts. Then add salt and pepper.
Slowly add soymilk, while stirring.
Add sweet basil.
Cook the sauce on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from stove top and let cool. Then blend content until smooth and creamy.
Spread the sauce on pizza dough as the base, before adding pizza toppings.
