Ingredients10 tablespoon vegan butter (such as Earth Balance brand)
1 envelope of dry Italian dressing
1 8-ounce tub of vegan creme cheese (such as Follow Your Heart brand)
2 10.75 ounce can mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup white wine
angel hair pasta
InstructionsIn a medium sauce pan, melt the vegan butter. Then add the Italian seasoning, and mix well.
Add water and wine. Add mushroom soup and stir well.
Next add the vegan creme cheese. Make sure the sauce pan is well heated and the content is mixed well.
Pour sauce into a baking dish and heat for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
When done, pour sauce over pasta to your liking. This is a very rich dish.
