There are 6 or so vegan signature deluxe rolls, and you could substitute for brown rice. Aside from the signature rolls, there are basic rolls like cucumber roll and avocado roll. A hibachi veggie platter comes with rice (steamed or stir fried), grilled vegetables, tempura fried sweet potato (may be shared fryer), and terriyaki fried tofu - ask if uses butter in cooking or not. Housed in a repurposed train building.
