Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
The way I feel is amazing compared to the carnivore lifestyle I tried. Right now I am eating a High Raw vegan diet. If I move to a better location I will probably go 100% raw.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Washington DC, Uzbekistan, and Canada. Would love to world travel someday so many places I want to go.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Black Bean casserole, anything spicy I will probably love. Most Asian type food. If I can make it I will eat it. Nothing is complete with out garlic in my opinion.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Alex Jamieson, John Robbins, Morgan Spurlock and Eric Schlosser all have great books on nutrition and diet. Dave Ramsey for superb advise on finances.
