welcome to the patch of cows. i noticed that you like S.N.Goenkaji i am an old student did my Vipassana training with his teachers in Southern California now i just do it at home. if you need a timer with his blessing let me know i can recommend a website where u can upload the mp3 good luck this year on your journey.
