Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Well let's see...I'm an animal and i don't want to be eaten. It's that wonderful thing called empathy.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

It's nice to be connected with the veg world. I live in a very uh..."old fashioned" type of place where I am constantly told that God created animals for us to eat. Wow, well how considerate!

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Seattle and Vancouver are my favorite so far. I have yet to travel extensively.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Kale, Baby Bok Choy, Mung Bean Sprouts
