I am a practicing vegetarian since 1974. Started this road in California & practiced this worldwide since my jobs entailed travel. Retired now but still travel. Worked in a Health Food Store for 7 years. I am pure vegetarian but many eating establishments consider that to mean lacto &/or ovo. I eat vegan except for honey.
