Fabulous with every healthy bite!

I have been eating here 2to 3 times a week since they opened. We are talking fresh, vegetarian, raw vegan, juice, etc. Everything I have tried has been wonderful. Breakfast burrito, gotta have my green juice, portobello sandwich sans cheese, raw muesli, fruit salad with spirulina dressing, everything salad, but my favorite is the raw kale salad with cashew dressing. We need places like this in Santa Fe. Please visit them and enjoy!

A Must in Santa Fe

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free restaurant. You don't hear that very often, especially in Santa Fe. Maria takes the time to have the freshest, organic ingredients and prepares wholesome, good food. I've had the homemade tempeh papusas with the best red chile and also the tempeh bowl with potatoes. The space is hidden on Lena street, but worth the hunt to find. Big, airy and open kitchen so you can smell the goodies being baked. Thanks for cooking and baking such good for us, locals and tourists.

Wonderful vegan lunch special
08 Feb 2013
My husband and I were in Abq and starving for some great vegan food. We were not disappointed. Mussaman curry and brown sauce pad (no egg) veggies , but for lunch you get vegan appetizer, soup and dessert along with it all. Spicy but not too hot and too much food, but we ate it all! $20 including tip. Will be back, definirely. Please note they have an entirely separate vegan menu!

livin in santa fe

I live in Santa Fe and do quite a bit of shopping at Whole Foods for the Inn that I manage and for personal shopping. The management has been very willing to accommodate vegan needs, such as vegan burritos made in the deli to order, sandwiches, and the deli to go has some wonderful sweet chile tofu, veggies and an acai kale salad that is a favorite. They have the might o's donuts now and many other items in the protein bar sections, non-dairy area and organic soy yogurts, etc. I do agree that you need to read your labels and know where your items are coming from, but feel I need to do that at any store.
