Clean and well run
An exceedingly clean, warm restaurant with good food. I ate breakfast there twice and would eat there again.

The Best Vege Restaurant in NYC
This establishment is run by the original creator/owner of Buddha Bodai on Mott Street [which was taken over by his landlord]. The karma is much better here,at 77 Mulberry Street. The food is as delicious as ever. Exceedingly friendly and helpful staff.

a fine establishment
A quality experience from start to finish. Would return and strongly recommend. Restaurant window states that they are kosher, but there is no visible supervisory letter.

Not a restaurant
Just a cafe. Don't bother.

If you can put up with the crowded atmosphere, you're in for a real vegetarian treat.

Nice veg choice near Madison Square Garden
Friendly staff, small space, tasty selections. I'd go back with a smile.

The most incredible wraps [which i usually don't like] which are heated to perfection. Nice atmosphere, but inconsistant store hours. I keep going back despite the slow service because the food is soooo good.

Hip style vege food
The vege lasagne was excellent! Right in the Haight, i'd recommend doing the city's walking tour of Haight/Ashbury and then eating here.
The owner is sweet, but the politics are supra left wing. i held my [centrist] tongue and enjoyed the food despite the pacifist hogwash.
There's a bed and breakfast upstairs too...it's all set in a historical home.

Nice experience, but does not come close to the original VP restaurants.

consistent vege experience
This place has been there, it seems, forever. A fine dining experience if you're in the neighborhood.

Perfect for takeout lunch
Great take out lunch we picked up b4 leaving Boston and hitting the road back to New Jersey. Fresh bottled drinks.
Hard to locate from the street... You have to walk into the plaza to spot it.

Fine Vege Indian
A standard vege selection of both South & North Indian dishes. Finding this spot saved me on a trip to the area. Thx Happy Cow.

A stunning culinary experience
I have never tasted such excellent vegan food in a restaurant that serves meat. Bravo. I will return again.

Great Kosher Dairy Pizzaria
Most kosher pizza is subpar, but these folks have it down! Excellent pizza selections, great Italian cooking.
