the place is really nice. but I didn't like so much the noodle soup, full of faux meat, faux chicken, faux fish etc etc. it was too much for me and too realistic!my non-vegan friend liked it a lot!! the other food was good.

go stephanie go
Ireally loved the strudels!! we tried the black forest, broccoli, mushrooms and spinach. spinach was my favourite at all, with lot of tofu ricotta. i would come back to san diego just to go there. my friend (not vegan) was really impressed, especially about the black forest. the staff is really nice and cool!

I went there seven years ago and now, while visiting SF again I couldn't ignore one of my favourite restaurants in the world! we had some crispy tacos as appetizer and they were crunchy and spicy, then seitan skewers (but there was just a piece of seitan per skewer..) and a potato pie, really good.
then we shared a chocolate brownie ice cream, we don't have stuff like that (like heaven) in italy..
seven years ago I remember I had the carrot cake and it was soo yummy!!

iced thai tea lac!!
we stayed in fresno just for one night but didn't like it at all!! the only positive thing was au lac and the amazing food we ate there. we shared the garlic chicken which tasted GREAT and some very rich and comforting noodles with tofu 'ham' and veggies.
plus we had iced thai tea and it was the best thing I drank ever, I want the recipe!!!
