Wonderful, especially for vegans
Really loved this place. I'm a vegan and my partner is veggie. The menu had plenty of vegan choices, including two desserts. I had chickpea fritters, nut roast, and cashew and coconut praline; all 3 courses were amazing. Really special food. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was really nice. I would highly recommend this to anyone going to Bath, regardless of their diet.

Awesome! Have the pancakes!
I was determined to have pancakes while on holiday in America and herbivore certainly delivered. I had the fruit pancakes, which came with cooked bananas, maple syrup, and fruit between each of the (3 large) pancakes. It was excellent. My husband had the lasagne with garlic bread, which I tasted and would also highly recommend. The menu is huge and varied, so you'll defintely find something you fancy. It's it's brilliant to have such choice as a vegan. The donuts (plain glazed and chocolate) were also brilliant. The staff were lovely and the place itself was really nice.

Awesome for vegans, would recommend
Visited this wonderful place with family. It has a warm atmosphere and the staff are really lovely. I had the vegan spinach burger and chips which was delish - best chips I've ever had! And my Dad had the vegan "fish and chips" which was really nice. Dessert was a real treat - there must have been about 6 vegan options (inc. 2 cheesecakes). Bakewell tart and carrot cake also gorgeous. Prices brilliant too. One thing to mention is there's no alcohol licence so take your own (£1 corkage) if you want some. Superb evening.

Great veggie pub food
Lovely food with plenty of vegan choices. Mushroom pie was great (vegan) and it's a nice relaxed pub atmosphere.

Pretty good - bit limited for vegans
Went here with my boyfriend (he's veggie, I'm vegan), and it's a cute little place, hidden upstairs in a shop. The menu is great if you're vegetarian, but most things had cheese in it. I found a humous, alfalfa sprout and cucumber sandwich which was pretty good, but the staff seem to have limited knowledge on vegan food (when I checked it was vegan before ordering, the lady looked panicked and had to ask 3 colleagues, one of whom had an answer rather than a shrug of the shoulders!) and I thought it was a shame they had so many nice looking cakes and none are marked vegan (I didn't bother to ask after the sandwich conversation!). But the place itself was really nice, and as a vegan it's nice to go somewhere and have a sandwich without too much trauma! So I think I'd definitely recommend it to vegetarians, and possibly to vegans too.

We went to San Fran for a week and ended up giving this place a second visit because we were so impressed. Amazing food!! And the atmosphere is lovely and so were the staff. Particular food things we had and were very impressed with included; tacos, gorditas, sweet potato quesadilla, empanada, Papas al Horno, mexican wedding biscuits with ice cream.

The menu at herbivore is so huge - it's heaven for vegans!! The staff are lovely and the place itself is really nice, and conveniently close to other things as it is in the mission district. My partner and I both had pasta / gnocci dishes which were really nice, hearty tasty meals and good prices. My gnocchi had a pesto sauce which was really good. We also had an oatmeal raisin cookie (best I've ever had!) and a slice of the rhubard strawberry pie, which was delicious.

Lovely - would recommend
We went to Millenium for our one week anniversary (got married in vegas!) and had a lovely meal. The food was great, and it's always amazing to have a range of vegan desserts to choose from! Also cocktails included a white russian. The atmosphere was lovely and overall a great experience.
