This co-op has a large variety of bulk items and selection of beers.
The have a deli area and dining room. I have eaten there a few times and found that the food was pretty good with a decent price.
You can find vegan items at the deli. I like to get the fakin bakin BLT they also have cold salads and such. If I am in Belfast I usually stop in there.

The actual cafe is quite cute and has outside seating as well as indoor.
I felt awkward as I entered the cafe I was unsure if you seat yourself or they seat you. I stood there for about two minutes without staff acknowledging me. I had to wait until a local came in and observed them ordering and then seeing you ordered at the counter got in line behind him.
The food available was from a deli case or a cooler. I asked for a mexican wrap without cheese. They said they only have the premade ones. I ended up getting a hummus sandwich. There were not a lot of vegan options there, overall food choices were limited.
They do offer gelato, sorbet(which was the best part), and coffee.
There are a few shelves of retail items for sale as well.

This place saved me on a few business trips I made. I travelled alone to Newark twice last year and was a vegetarian trying to eat vegan at that point. I had a microwave at my hotel and found that this store had everything I needed to make it. I only went out to eat once to a salad bar while I was there.
They have a great selection of fresh produce and premade sandwiches, noodle dishes, pad thai. I ate at least 8 containers of Noodle Mania. I wish I could find some here in Maine! They also have health and beauty products as well as a book section.
Anyways the store was great and staff was very helpful.
