The restaurant has over 12 vegan options to choose from. My husband and I have eaten here twice. The food is not expensive and the serving sizes are very large! I had lots to take home. My husband ordered the curry with brown rice and I ordered a vegan stir-fry with brown rice. The staff is very competent, professional and friendly. The staff was very accommodating of my husband's peanut allergy.

I love Be Raw Food and Juice! My husband took me here for our wedding anniversary. The food was fantastic! I had the living pizza sampler and chocolate blueberry mint cheesecake. The food sent me to the moon. It is so delicious! If I could I would eat here every day and I would never get tired of the food.

I have tried every vegan restaurant in the Dallas Metro-plex. The V-Spot is the only vegan upscale cafe with a refined romantic atmosphere. You will not find a nicer place. This is my go-to Valentine's Day, birthday and date night spot.

I have eaten at the V-Spot twice and both times the AC and or electricity was off. But that did not affect the food. I was happy to see the addition of raw vegan entrees! I ordered the heirloom tomato lasagna that came with a small side salad. It was delicious. (A bit salty, but I never add salt to my food.)

I read the reviews about food allergies from 2 other posters. I agree, that it is hard to eat out when you have food allergies and it is nice when restaurants have specific menu items for individuals with multiple allergies.

I have many food allergies: mushrooms, strawberries, gluten, all grains, soy, beans, legumes, peanuts and basil.

I told the waitress that I was allergic to basil and she had the chef leave off one of the sauces that contained it. I would have ordered a raw dessert, but the chef who had made it was out and the waitress was not sure if it was soy free.

I highly recommend the V-Spot!

Yummy! I work down the road from Suma's Veggie Cafe. I invited a large group of co-workers to eat lunch here. They loved the vegan Chinese and said they did not miss the meat. The food is delicious, and heavily soy based, like all vegan Chinese. (I am allergic to soy. I don't eat the buffet. I have to order steamed vegetables and rice.)

The owners are very professional and friendly. I noticed the vegan bumper sticker on the delivery car out front as I walked in to the restaurant.

Rude and pushy staff

I work down the road from Veggie Garden and I invited 10 of my co-workers to come eat Chinese vegan food. I could not eat much because I am allergic to soy, but my friends loved the food.

The hot lunch buffet is a great deal. It is usually the same every day. It contains beef mushroom soup, brown rice, white rice, fried rice, noodles, "beef" broccoli, "beef" green beans, sweet and sour "chicken" and egg rolls. The cold lunch buffet has a pre-mixed green salad and canned fruit. The food is delicious.
I wish there were more soy-free options! They do have steamed bok choy but it is expensive and did not fill me up.

I have also tried the International Buddhist Society Cafeteria and Suma Veggie. I preferred the Buddhist cafeteria because they do not put soy in everything and there was no soy mock meats. The owners of Suma Veggie were very friendly and warm. They reminded me of my grandparents. :-)

Super good deal

They are closed Saturday. Lunch hours are short. This is not a restaurant. The steamed veggies go fast! Get there early. This place only takes cash. The lunch buffet is only $6 and it is worth it. I work down the road. I have only been here once with a few co-workers to try the place out. I found more soy-free food to eat here than at Veggie Garden and Suma's Veggie combined. My co-workers liked the fact that the food wasn't all deep fried and mock meats.

I am in love with this organic raw vegan restaurant. I will go back. I can't get enough of the fantastic food. The waitress was very helpful. I told her my food allergies and the chef whipped me up a delightful meal with no problem.

Loved the food

I love this diner! I would eat here once a week if I lived closer. I drive half an hour to eat here. I love the allergy friendly menu. Many members of my family have multiple food allergies and they commented on how nice it was to have a soy-free, wheat-free, nut-free, and gluten-free menu. I have never ordered something that I did not like.

My whole family raved about this diner.
