- I've been vegetarian since I was 11, and in 2008 became vegan (finally!). I absolutely love to cook/bake vegan foods, and sharing them with my friends showing them that Animal-Free doesn't mean Taste-Free, just Cruelty-Free!! I haven't had a single complaint about my vegan foods from my carniverous friends, just requests for seconds :)

More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I love eating such amazing meals without anyone dying for it. It's so interesting to see how widespread veg options are becoming, I can eat more places than ever before!
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
It's lovely to be able to be in a community of like-minded people and have such an easy to access resource for vegan eating no matter where I go. At home we have New Orleans in Green, but it's so good to have something on a global scale :) Travel happily, not hungrily, vegans!
