but what I am asking is what vegan cheese they use. i wasn't defending them, i was asking you for info; objective truth rather than subjective feelings. what ice cream do they use that is labeled vegan? if you saw my review, i agree w your point later on that shananigans were suspected on the cakes, not that they weren't vegan, but were recipes stolen by a former vendor and still labeled as such. Is that what you are mad about and are trying to broaden the base or tone toward all their servings and items? Or do you have inside info on the cheeses and such?
