Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

It all started out with just being 'grossed out' by meat but as I read into what other things I should eat I discovered many other great reasons to become vegan. So, when someone asks me WHY I am vegan I tell them it is for multiple reasons such as health, environmental, animal rights, political etc..

So I could have someplace to go to ask questions regarding the vegan lifestyle and so I could help someone else with a question they may have. Mainly to take part in supporting fellow veg's!

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I have been to Trinidad and Tobago and really loved Tobago. It was such a beautiful laid back place, just breath taking. I would love to visit another country. I really love traveling and seeing new places and learning about other cultures. I am a sucker for the travel channel.

My favorite book is my vegan cook book 366 Simply Delicious Dairy-Free Recipes by Robin Robertson. There is a killer stuffed mushroom recipe in there that always gets rave reviews (even from meat eaters). My next favorite book is One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest. Fave movies are One Flew Over.., Love Actually, Grease, and Borat
