More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Because of the intense cruelty and the fact that they feel things, and are no different then house pets. I also prefer it because it puts you in a mindset to make healthier more regular diet choices. I believe the meat alternatives can taste just as good if not better in some cases aswell. I think it gives you a positive attitude and if you balance it all correctly gives you great energy/protein/vitamins!

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I want to start a vegetarian diet starting tommorow! I need help though and I dont have anyone in my life right now who is vegetarian, so I need to know how to make the right choices, and how to avoid sickness from the switch and whats a good balance for me. Last time I tried going vegetarian it lasted a week. I got really sick. My hopes are to someday be fully vegan! Im also on here to learn great recipes, try new things, earn points and win things!

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

I liked quinoa the first time I tried it and I want to learn more ways to eat tofu. I love salads, pastas, thin crust pizzas with mushrooms etc.

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
