Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I do not prefer, I only eat vegan because I could not keep living with myself knowing the pain I was causing other beings for my own personal pleasure.

I have always been a foodie, becoming Vegan did not stop this, it opened up so many more options by trying and discovering foods I would have never dreamed of! I love most vegan food, particularly Cauliflower buffalo wings, falavel, tacos and all kind of mexican food, all sorts of burgers, scrambled tofu, guacamole, nuts,...sorry...need to run to the kitchen now!

So many documentaries available online...wouldn't know which ones to recommend more. Obviously for the few that have not watched it yet Earthlings, the best speech you will ever hear from Gary, Cowspiracy,... I love how technology makes information so easily accessible nowadays.
