"If death alone is certain, and the time of death uncertain, what should I do?" My reflections on that question have led me to a few personal conclusions: To live mindfully, simply and healthily. To grow and live consciously with intention. Most importantly, to be kind and for my actions to enhance the happiness of all beings. This is what I value, and how I want to live. For these reasons, I practice mindfulness, keep a vegan diet, and try my best to be present for others.
