More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I'm not exactly an ethical vegetarian, but I do limit most of my meat consumption to local and organic. I love exploring new foods through vegetarianism, and I can confidently say that I am a much healthier person since I've gone mostly vegetarian.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I'd like to learn more about vegetarianism/veganism by sharing experiences and learning from other users. I also love to cook, so finding and sharing new recipes should be a lot of fun. :)

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

My favorite place in the world right now would have to be Denmark. I'll be getting my Master's degree next year there, so I'm pretty pumped to live there for at least two years. :) Not the most veg friendly, but their farming practices are much more sustainable, and their organic production is extremely high.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Black bean burgers, kale, vegan baked goods, nuts (cashews and almonds), peanut butter, and lots more!
