- Hi I'm an almost 20 year old girl from Norway. I like to sing, play guitar, listen to music, travel to other countries, watch documentaries, read about ancient history, cultures and religion (because religion is hilarious and hypocritical at the same time) and I like to make good vegan food:) I also glike to go mountain hiking (not very sporty though) and I like to draw (work with details). At the moment I study to be a teacher..but I'm not sure that this is really what I want to do and it makes me a bit depressed at times..I try to figure out what to do with my life :) Feel free to message me^^

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Started out as a semi pesco veg. -> and then lacto ovo veg.-> and when I was 18 I turned vegan. One of my friends had become a vegan after I told everyone that I was a vegetarian. And I realised that being a vegan makes more sense than just being a vegetarian..soo much more sense..I grew up close to cows at a farm. After 4 years the cows were replaced by other younger cows..I could not understand that so big animals could die after such a short time..And when I started reading about veganism it all became clear and I started crying. Knowing that I had been admiring those big majestic animals and at the same time been drinking their milk, which belonged to their young...Thats the story :)
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I don't have many vegan friends..basically..:) (To be honest, I don't have many friends in general..cuz..I just love doing stuff on my own xD)
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I have been to Poland, The Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Rome in Italy. I've also been to places in Germany (I have relatives there) Hmm I would like to go to a country where there are a lot of vegan ppl..that would be awesome :D And I would like to go to places with old ancient ruins.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Lentil soup! Veggie burger! Rice with some brown sauce, mushrooms and vegetables! TACO! Plumcake! Veg. pizza! Fried tofu on a slice of bread! Spaghetti! Chocolate muffins! Chickpeas! Minestrone soup! Apples and bananas and peach! I should stop now...
