Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I like the way I feel more energized, opens my taste buds to new textures and flavors of different foods, let's me experiment more in the kitchen.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

Hoping to find people to connect with who may not recieve a lot of support from family and who like making a difference and who like to try new things

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I grew up in Ivory Coast, where I was esposed to many different cultures. I would like to visit Egypt, Kenya, British Isles, and India

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Hummus, falafel, tempeh, kale, pomegranates, any kind of nut, pumpkin seeds, and chocolate, Especially the dark bitter kind.
