- I have been a vegetarian for 19 years. I love to travel and have eaten at vegetarian restaurants in the United States, Canada, Jamaica, Guatemala, Peru, Tanzania, India, and China. I find happycow to be a great resource and wish to contribute my experience and knowledge so that others can find vegetarian meals on a mostly un-vegetarian planet.
