Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
"Cause no harm" is my desire for life. It is unavoidable to cause some pain, the world is very contaminated with animal products. And of course, to walk or breathe is causing pain or death for other creatures. I have been veggie and sometimes vegan and raw for most of my life.
