Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Recently I decided to stop eating meat for the animal exploitation reason. I then realised I didn't fancy eating fish, or eggs either, and as I haven't been able to digest dairy products for quite a few years, have realised I am vegan. I'm not going to be dogmatic if a friend makes me a meal with some animal derivatives, although I will gradually let everyone know my views without preaching.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
It looks an interesting group to join, and I hope to learn from the other members as I discover really what it means to be vegan.
