- About:
- This is probably the best time of my life. Life is not emotionally easy, but my beliefs are beginning to line up with my behaviors and practices. It’s wasn’t easy for me take responsibility that when I ate meat I supported our horrific factory animal industry, that I ate food harvested by migrant farm workers who are denied their place at the table, and that I enslaved children and third-world peoples both overseas and here to make my clothing. Spring has finally come for me!

More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I'm choosing to live my conscience. To most animals, we are all Hitlers. If not me, who? If not now, when?
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I'm looking forward to growing beyond this place in the universe. I need to meet people who are on similar pilgrimages and can share their experiences. And if you're in Arizona, perhaps we can also have fun and picnic together, run up and down hills, and watch the stars at night.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I'm a gypsy of the world; I'm a child of the 60s. I love to explore old buildings, beaches, forests, deserts, towns, and people. The common is often extraordinary. Have you ever spent an hour watching ants near their hill or birds working the sky?
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I eat a lot of nuts, breads, rice dishes, tofu, sauteed veggie stir frys, humane yogurt, farm eggs, fruits. And when I can't cook, like Amy's frozen dinners.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
