Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
First of all I became vegan for the animals. Later I found out that it was also good for the planet and most of all for my body. I've been vegan since 2007 and I don't see any reasons for me to eat otherwise.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
To be able to talk to other vegans (and vegetarians) around the world.
