Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I can't understand why, since we have readily available alternatives to meat and all animal products, anyone would choose to cause an animal pain, suffering, or death. Being vegan is the most natural, wonderful way to show how much I care about animals every day!

I LOVE zucchini (I could probably eat it in every meal), polenta with black beans, tofu satay, bbq tempeh, quinoa salad, and tofu scrambles!
