More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Animals matter. I have no right, or need, to exploit non-human animals, so I don't.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Wanted to give back to the community by adding reviews of restaurants, particularly in Japan, where eating Vegan can be very difficult.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I loved Sapporo, Japan. Much more Vegan friendly than I was expecting. I would like to visit Iceland one day.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I love experimenting with tofu, it's much more versatile than most people think. I'm also a big fan of Indian style curries, Chana Masala is my go-to dish.
