More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

To improve my health, lose weight, save the environment and no longer aid in the abuse and mistreatment of animals for food.

I have to travel a lot for work and needed a way to find places to eat in various parts of the world, at a moment's notice.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

There's nothing like the variety of vegan places to eat on the west coast of the U.S. If only the east coast could catch up...

Any kind of steamed veggies, May Wah pepper steak, brown rice, vanilla walnut waffles, french toast with apple topping, anything from Veganomicon, my grandma's sauteed tofu and steamed asian-inspired green beans, Almond Dream's praline crunch ice cream, Almond Dream's mocha almond fudge ice cream, Original Tings.
