More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
For my good health and peace of mind I try to eat vegan. I deviate when I'm at a friend's house where I eat vegetarian.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I use Happy Cow all the time to find restaurants. I love finding new places and telling other people about them.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Denver, Colorado is my favorite vegan mecca so far. I'd like to visit New York and just eat everything.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Freshy rolls (vegetables + tofu wrapped in rice paper), chocolate almond milk, maple glazed brussel sprouts, baked zucchini, fresh cucumbers, and all of the fruit.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
VegNews is really great, it has recipes, tips, and news updates. I also like the Yoga Journal magazine, it has nice vegan & raw recipes sometimes.
