pardon my vanity, but may i recommend my own? among my dozens of magazine articles about veganism and three books, my most dear is my first book, RADICAL VEGETARIANISM, first published 1981, but deemed worthy enough of a "classic" for Lantern Books to re-publish it 30 years later
