Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I've never really liked a lot of meat anyway, and with factory farms treating their workers and the animals so poorly, I cannot justify eating meat. It just feels wrong to me, and I actually feel healthier as a vegetarian.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I like the support network that has been established here. I also may be moving to a different city, so I like that this sit has found vegetarian restaurants and grocery stores around the U.S.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I loved Disney World (vacation), Cuernavaca Mexico (study abroad), and Jamaica (mission trip), and I would LOVE to go to Europe and Hawaii.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Cashews, pineapple, strawberries, salad, soy chips, meatless "chicken" nuggets, veggie quesadillas

I love Harry Potter books...and books in general. I also love Friends, LOST, and The Office.
