It's a beautiful place to visit...not a great place for vegan fare though. They do make a lot of Monfungo dishes...(plantain sauted with vegetables) at most places. They are really into Italian food. In Condado (San Juan) there is a great pizza place with good options made to order it's called Mike and Charlies. Pure and natural is a good option great juices and smoothies, the food is a little on the boring side (wraps and salads) not any Puerto Rican food. It's beautiful have a great time and for sure do the kayaking with the bioluminces!
