More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Oh so many reasons....... it began for ecomnomics-couldn't AFFORD meat incollege! It moved to protecting the present and future of my family's health. It has moved on to promoting and living the environmental and spiritual legacy that want to leave my own children-and evryone else.

I enjoy hearing-first hand- about the resources that are available for us out there.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

We recently visited Jacsonvelle, OR and Trinidad in N. California. Great karma and environrment in both. Can't wait to go back! I have never really wanted to travel outside the US. There is so much yet to see and much that I want to see again. But I've recently heard so much about Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia that I am excited about spending time in that area. Sooner rather than later, I hope!
