Hi there! I saw you hadn't reviewed it, so thought I'd recommend to you Azna Bakery out in Cameron Park (so not too far from Sacramento), which is a completely vegan and gluten free bakery. The selection is great and their food is really yummy! My favorite are the cinnamon rolls, yum!

Yeah, my mom has gone to that store as well and really likes it. I heard they carry Daiya cheese, I need to go check it out! I highly recommend going to the bakery, as much as their goods are yummy from secondary markets, they are even better fresh from the oven!
