I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
The main reason I joined HappyCow is to LEARN! I recently had a real "Oprah" moment! I have to get healthy! I have begun a daily regimine oflots of fresh water and MotherSoy Protein smoothies and other resipes made with mothersoy. WOW, what a difference a few days of doing the right thing can make!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Nothing beats fresh veggies from our garden! One of the best foods is a tree ripened pear from our tree, big face first bite, juice runnning to the elbow..a true total boby experience.
