More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I prefer to eat plant foods for my health. I want to avoid medications, and be healthy my whole life.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I enjoy associating with like minded people and sharing ideas and recipes.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I've been to Japan, everyday was very interesting there. The beaches at San Diego, California are very nice. Costa Rica is a beautiful place.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

I've always loved popcorn and have my own vegan version to make. Mangoes are an awesome fruit, but I love all fruits, vegetables, grains and beans.

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

For bean recipes, More Fabulous Beans is the best. Books I like are Mega Health, by Dr. Marc Sorenson, Dr. McDougall books on Maximum Weight Loss and 12-Days to Dynamic Health, and Diet for a New World by John Robbins
