Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I am a Certified Health Coach and through my training I have learned to listen to my body and open up my mind to what enrichment my body craves and needs. It is an ever changing journey that has helped me find balance with my mind and body. Through a plant based diet I am able to find this balance and feel lighter in my spirit. I have also reduced my stomach troubles with a gluten free plant based diet which I never believed would be possible.
