- Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I was the only vegetarian in my large family for 15 years and attempted vegan when Mrs.Gooch's was around. Then and I fell entirely off the wagon to my disgust and ate unhappy cows. I felt like an unhappy cow. As of March 2009 I am a born-again VEGAN and can love myself again and be who I truly am. Now the universe has opened up the finest VEGAN cuisine everywhere I go and I'm reorganizing my kitchen. I will help my family and myself, one by one, transform to a way that is not ignorant. I appreciate any guidance/tips. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
