Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I prefer to eat vegan because I believe that it provides a greater awareness of the suffering of animals that are in the factory farming industry around the world. I believe that we, as humans, did not evolve to be meat eaters and that our consumption of meat contributes to damage to the planet as well as the detriment of human health.
