I use happycow so much, it was time I joined in! I'm new to Quebec city, so I thought I tried and see if by any chance someone else who lives here comes across my profile and want to make a new friend.

Books by Isa Chandra Moskowitz, Everyday Happy Herbivore, Moosewood's cooking for health if you're vegetarian, Thrive fitness (not necessarily to follow and buy every product from Vega, but at least get the viewpoint)
